Caution

  1. The event is held in Japanese only, and there is no interpreting services.
  2. Please input in Japanese to the application form except your name.
  3. In principle, you can apply to the district where your school is located. For Japanese students only, if they are returning home for summer vacation, they can apply to the district they are returning to.
  4. An application confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered. If you have set up anti-spam email settings, please set up a domain specification (email filter) so that you can receive emails from @ikueitomonokai.org.

  • The information you fill in will be used only for the operations of the "Local Exchange Meeting for International Students and Scholarship Students " and will not be used for any other purpose. However, for those who have decided to participate, their name, school name, faculty, department, grade, and address up to the city/ward/town/village may be listed in the "participation booklet (participant list)" distributed to participants. We will also take group photos of all participants and snapshots of each scene, and create a collection of essays and impressions. These materials will be used for the Ikueiyu-no-kai website, journal, newsletter, pamphlets, posters, etc., and will be distributed to related educational institutions as necessary. Additionally, we will distribute them to participants at their own expense if they wish.
